Return to Coherance
Return to Coherence sits at the heart of the philosophy behind SEMBUH RHYTHMS.
Written by SEMBUH founder Dr Ranesh Rekha, the book grew from years spent at the intersection of clinical medicine, personal health, traditional healing systems and a growing curiosity about the conditions that allow the human body to function well.
Her own health journey gradually widened the lens beyond disease and intervention, toward a more foundational question: what happens when we support the body before it reaches the point of depletion?
Again and again, the answers returned to simple things.
Food. Water. Light. Movement. Rest. Nervous system regulation. The environments we inhabit. The products we use on our bodies. The rhythms we live by.
Not as another pursuit of wellness perfection, but as a process of removing unnecessary interference and creating better conditions for the body to do what it already knows how to do.
Return to Coherence brings these threads together.
Written for the burnt-out, overfunctioning and quietly depleted, it explores wellbeing through a broader lens — drawing from physiology, medicine, Ayurveda, herbalism and the enduring wisdom found in simpler ways of living.
There are no rigid protocols and no promise of perfection.
Instead, the book offers an invitation to become more discerning: to notice what nourishes, what depletes, what has become unnecessarily complicated, and what might be returned to something more natural.
This philosophy would later become part of the foundation of SEMBUH RHYTHMS.
SEMBUH was created around the belief that wellbeing is shaped not only by the significant choices we make, but by the quiet, repeated ones — how we care for the body, what we surround ourselves with, the rituals that mark our days, and the quality and intention of the things we choose to bring into our lives.
In this sense, Return to Coherence is more than a companion to SEMBUH.
It is the deeper conversation from which much of SEMBUH grew.
For those drawn to the philosophy behind the brand, the book is an invitation to explore it further.
